Pathway Planning
To accommodate candidates with diverse backgrounds and needs, Curatio Careers offers two distinct Career Employment Pathways.
Primary Pathway
Provides candidates with more diverse employment opportunities depending on the supporting degree obtained, while utilizing CNA as the starting point. It has lower requirements for English proficiency and relevant work experience, making it broadly accessible to candidates from various backgrounds and abilities. This Pathway is the most inclusive and has two-subcategories tailored to different candidate backgrounds.

Advanced Pathway
Designed for those pursuing a career in nursing, this pathway is aimed at professional who plan to obtain registered nurse (RN) qualifications and already possess prior nursing experience. It has rigorous requirements for English proficiency and academic ability.

Pathway Overview
While there may be slight variations depending on the candidate’s individual circumstances, the overall process of the Pathways remain consistent.
Each Pathway has specific requirements regarding educational background. If a candidate does not possess the necessary educational background, their Pathway will begin with obtaining the relevant degree.
1. Possessing the Necessary Educational Background
The time required to prepare for the profession-related examination may vary depending on the candidate’s English proficiency, professional knowledge, and work experience; typically taking approximately 3 months to 1 year. We provide candidates with up to 500 hours of specialized language and exam training, along with relevant study materials. We also assist candidates in registering for their profession-related examinations.
2. Passing the Profession-Related Examination and Obtaining Qualifications
After successfully obtaining RN qualifications by passing the NCLEX-RN examination, candidates will be offered a full-time employment contract for a period of no less than three years. We will assist in submitting the employer-sponsored I-140 application to USCIS. Upon approval, the candidate will receive their green card application priority date.
3. Obtaining a Full-Time Employment Contract, Submitting Employer Sponsored I-140 Application to USCIS, and Obtaining a Priority Date for a Green Card Application
While awaiting the priority date for their green card application, candidates will continue their studies to advance their degrees. Degree advancement not only enhances future job opportunities and salary potential, but also provides significant advantages in the green card application process.
4. Degree Advancement
After graduation, candidates will receive a one-year internship period (OPT) and begin to work immediately, earning legitimate income. Before the green card application priority date is reached, candidates may choose to apply for the H1B work visa lottery or pursue a graduate course program to maintain legal status while waiting for their priority date. Once the green card application priority date arrives, the I-485 application for adjustment of status can be submitted to USCIS, along with applications for a work permit and travel documents. Upon work permit approval, candidates can legally start working and earn income. The final step is obtaining the green card.

Tier 1 - Foundational Caregiving Skills
Objective - Establish core caregiving competencies using your native language to ensure complete understanding of essential skills.

Tier 2 - Situational English for Nurse Aides
Objective - Develop the English language skills necessary to communicate effectively in healthcare settings, build the foundation for success in the Tier 3 Certified Nurse Aide Program, and effectively prepare for the Certified Nurse Aide examination

Tier 3 - Curatio Certified Nurse Aide Program
Objective - Provide a comprehensive education that equips students with the essential clinical skills, patient care knowledge, and professional ethics required to excel as entry-level healthcare professionals.

- 80 Hours of Classroom Guidance Covering the Curriculum Topics
- 20 Hours of Skills Practice Covering the Skill Requirements
- 40 Hours of Clinical Practice Converting Education into Real Experience (International Students Complete Clinical Practice in Tier 4)
