Pathway Planning

To accommodate candidates with diverse backgrounds and needs, Curatio Careers offers two distinct Career Employment Pathways.

Primary Pathway

Provides candidates with more diverse employment opportunities depending on the supporting degree obtained, while utilizing CNA as the starting point. It has lower requirements for English proficiency and relevant work experience, making it broadly accessible to candidates from various backgrounds and abilities. This Pathway is the most inclusive and has two-subcategories tailored to different candidate backgrounds.

Primary Pathway A No Restrictions CNA + Phlebotomy Healthcare Related 4-6 Years
Primary Pathway B No Restrictions CNA+NCLEX-RN ASN/BSN 4–6 Years

*ASN: Associate’s Degree of Science in Nursing
*BSN: Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing
*RN-BSN: Registered Nurse to Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing Program

Advanced Pathway

Designed for those pursuing a career in nursing, this pathway is aimed at professional who plan to obtain registered nurse (RN) qualifications and already possess prior nursing experience. It has rigorous requirements for English proficiency and academic ability.

Advanced Pathway Associate's or Bachelor's
Degree in Nursing
NCLEX-RN RN-BSN 3-5 Years

*Potential Healthcare Related Degrees Include: Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Social Work, Gerontology, Emergency Medical Services, Nutrition, etc.

Tier 1 - Foundational Caregiving Skills

Objective - Establish core caregiving competencies using your native language to ensure complete understanding of essential skills.

Modules Included

  • Basic Patient Care Techniques
  • Safety and Infection Control
  • Measuring and Recording of Patient Measurements

Tier 2 - Situational English for Nurse Aides

Objective - Develop the English language skills necessary to communicate effectively in healthcare settings, build the foundation for success in the Tier 3 Certified Nurse Aide Program, and effectively prepare for the Certified Nurse Aide examination

  • Medical Vocabulary and Terminology
  • Patient Interaction Scenarios

Tier 3 - Curatio Certified Nurse Aide Program

Objective - Provide a comprehensive education that equips students with the essential clinical skills, patient care knowledge, and professional ethics required to excel as entry-level healthcare professionals.

  • 80 Hours of Classroom Guidance Covering the Curriculum Topics
  • 20 Hours of Skills Practice Covering the Skill Requirements
  • 40 Hours of Clinical Practice Converting Education into Real Experience (International Students Complete Clinical Practice in Tier 4)
