A Career Consulting Services Agreement will be signed with Curatio Careers. Following this, the process of document preparation and school application will begin. Once the candidate receives the school's offer letter and obtains F1 visa approval, they will prepare for their transition to the United States.

Depending on the most suitable Pathway, the candidate will begin a course of study to obtain the basic qualifications needed for the profession-related examination (e.g., CNA for Certified Nursing Assistants, NCLEX-RN for Registered Nurses).

After passing the profession-related examination, the candidate can obtain employer sponsorship, and their I-140 petition will be submitted.

Depending on USCIS processing times, candidates that complete their bachelor's degree before their priority date will begin their OPT and participate in the H-1B lottery. If selected in the lottery, they will begin full-time employment. If not selected, they will continue their studies while awaiting the priority date for their I-140 submission and participate in the H-1B lottery again the following year.

Once the I-140 priority date becomes current, the candidate can submit the I-485 application for adjustment of status to USCIS. Si- multaneously, they will apply for a work permit and travel documents. Upon full processing and approval of the I-485, the candi- date will receive their Green Card.
