Basic Pathway - (Non-Nursing), Have Non-Nursing Bachelor's Degree

Stage 1

  • Academic Verification

  • Language Verification (If Applicable)

Stage 2

  • School Application (ABSN Pre-Requisite Courses)

  • After Obtaining Offer Letters from Schools, Curatio Careers Provides Candidates with Academic Plan

  • Once Academic Plan is Confirmed, Begin F-1 Visa Application Process

  • Once F-1 Visa is Obtained, Curatio Careers will Provide Arrival Services in Preparation for Candidate’s Arrival in the United States

Stage 3

  • Upon Arrival, Candidates will Begin Their Studies (Pre-Requisite Courses)

  • Once Pre-Requisites are Met, Applications will be Made for ABSN Program

  • After Obtaining Offer Letters from Schools, Curatio Careers Provides Candidate with Academic Plan

  • Once Academic Plan is Confirmed with the Candidate, the Candidate Begins ABSN Studies

Stage 4

  • Begin NCLEX-RN Preparation Course
  • Begin Language Course

Stage 5

  • Upon Completion of ABSN, Candidate will Take the NCLEX-RN Exam

  • Receive RN Licensure after Passing NCLEX-RN Exam

Stage 6

  • Candidates Qualified Once They Obtain Compact-State RN Licensure and Proof of English Proficiency

  • Once Candidate Becomes Qualified, Concurrent Submission of EB-3 and H-1B

  • Candidates Selected in H-1B Lottery will Begin Full-Time Employment

Stage 7

  • Non-Selected Candidates will Begin OPT

  • 2nd H-1B Lottery Attempt Following Year

  • If Candidate Still Not Selected, Continue Studies (Master’s Program)

  • Further H-1B Lottery Attempts, Additional OPT Time

Stage 8

  • Once EB-3 Priority Date Becomes Current, Candidate Can Submit Their I-485

  • Candidates Previously Not Selected in the H-1B Lottery will Begin Full-Time Employment
