3 Legal Status
In order to take advantage of the employment opportunities that we will provide, you need to have legal status to be able to work legally in the United States.
The only way for all of this to be achieved is if you are physically present in the United States. Being physically present provides you with the most suitable environment for training and education, to guarantee that your transition can happen according to plan and that your expectations are managed successfully. Being physically present in the United States would also open up the opportunities for OPT and H1B, which allows for paid work experience, prior to the completion of your transition and becoming a permanent member of the United States.
