Single-State License Pathway - Have BSN, Have Ability to Acquire Single-State RN License (or NY/CA RN License), Have Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, OET)

Stage 1

  • Academic Verification

  • Language Verification

  • License Verification 

Stage 2

  • Obtain ATT for NCLEX-RN Exam for Single-State License

  • Take and Pass NCLEX-RN Exam

  • Receive Single-State RN Licensure

  • For CA/NY RN License Holders, Complete Licensure by Endorsement Instead of ATT

Stage 3

  • H-1B Application from March 7th to March 24th

  • Selected Candidates Notified on March 31st

  • Selected Candidates will Arrange Visa Interview

  • Non-Selected Candidates will Attempt Again Following Year

  • Prepare for Relocation to the United States Upon Receipt of H-1B Visa

Stage 4

  • Begin Full-Time Employment Upon Arrival in the United States Begin Full-Time Employment Upon Arrival in the United States

Stage 5

  • EB-3 Application Submitted Upon Completion of Two Years of Full-Time Employment

  • Post EB-3 Submission, Candidate Renews H-1B and Continues Full-Time Employment

  • Once EB-3 Priority Date Becomes Current, Candidate Can Submit Their I-485
